In addition, our con ference room where tout tout ensemble presentations are given is very hot. Feeling uncomfortable or sudor causes me to lose focus of what the speaker is saying. I experience I could improve my listening skills by trying to focus on the presentation itself and not so much on all the noise around me, phones ringing, and physicians talking amongst themselves.

I do need to try to focus more on the presentation and not the speakers appearance.
